As an inhalative it soothes the mind and emotions, particularly with children. Blended with Lavender it helps control stronger emotions like grief, shock and anger. Can be used to soothe nervous irritability and anxiety.

Uses:

  • Add tangerine oil to your steamy bath water for anxiety relief.
  • dab on your wrists for a bright, fresh citrus perfume.
  • Diffuse tangerine oil for a help promote feelings of happiness and banish anxiety.
  • Keep oil bottle on hand to sniff when you feel anxious or need to add a bit of sunshine to your day.
  • Use in DIY homemade cleaners.

Directions for use:

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute essential oils with Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil or Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
