Rosemary Essential Oil Benefits:
Improves memory, confidence, perception and creativity. Helps balance mind and body. Uses:
- Add rosemary oil to your steamy bath water to ease mental and physical fatigue.
- Diffuse rosemary essential oil to help improve memory while studying or working.
- Keep oil bottle on hand to sniff when you need a quick pick me up and to improve creativity and memory.
- Use 2 drops each of rosemary oil and lemongrass oil in 1/4 oz carrier oil, massaged into neck and shoulders for migraines.
Directions for use:
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute essential oils with Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil or Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
