Our Achy Day Go Away Essential Oil blend is a synergy of pain soothing essential oils. Ginger, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Lavender and Peppermint essential oils help to soothe muscle aches and soreness. The cooling effect on the body helps reduce inflammation and relax muscle tension. - Add Achy Day Go Away Essential Oil blend to your steamy bath water to soothe muscle pain.
- Add Essential Oil blend to our pure organic shea butter and massage into sore muscles.
- Add to carrier oil and massage onto neck and temples to relieve tension and muscle pain.
Directions for use:
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute essential oils with Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil or Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
